LABORSHED REPORT:

CADCO has partnered with Alliant Energy to provide an Atlantic area Laborshed Analysis.  The analysis was completed by the Iowa Workforce Development’s (IWD) Community Workforce Research & Development Unit.  The Laborshed Survey and Analysis contains valuable workforce information to assist local leaders, existing industry, and site selectors with business expansion/relocation initiatives. Commuting patterns, current and desired wages/salaries, available labor, workforce skills, and employment numbers/percentages by industry in the Laborshed area are all found in this report.
